“Standing in front of my canvases, I wish my viewers intimate moments, shared or experienced separately. Whether in the bosom of nature, in the mountains, looking at the sea, or among the noise of exotic cities, we discover the need for freedom. I call the tension that arises between a place and this hidden part of us a pulsating loneliness. This is the inspiration for many of my works.
